Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to therapy sessions booked with Nostos Wellbeing. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

Session length and fees

Therapy sessions last 50 minutes, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

The current fee is £60 per session. Any future fee changes will be discussed with reasonable notice.

Payment

Payment is to be made by bank transfer in advance of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment details will be provided when booking.

Cancellations and missed sessions

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will usually be charged at the full session fee.

If I need to cancel or rearrange a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment where available.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the agreed time and the full session fee will apply.

If you are significantly late and I have not heard from you, the session may be treated as a missed appointment.

Online sessions

For online sessions, please make sure you are in a private and quiet space where you feel able to speak freely.

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device for the session. If there are technical difficulties, I will do my best to reconnect or rearrange where appropriate.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in therapy is treated confidentially.

Confidentiality may need to be broken where there is a legal obligation, a safeguarding concern, or a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

Further information about how your data is handled can be found in the Privacy Notice.

Contact between sessions

You are welcome to contact me regarding appointments, scheduling or other practical matters.

Please note that email, text, or phone contact outside sessions is not intended for therapeutic work or crisis support.

Crisis and emergency support

This practice does not provide an emergency or crisis service.

If you are at immediate risk, or need urgent support, please seek appropriate emergency or crisis support, for example through 999, NHS 111, your GP, or your local crisis service.

Suitability and ending therapy

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue therapy where it is not appropriate, outside my scope of practice, or where attendance, safety, or communication difficulties make ongoing work unsuitable.

Where possible, I will discuss this with you and, if appropriate, suggest other sources of support.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
